What is the differences between digital printing and gravure printing?

Moq for digital printing is 500 pcs/sku, while for gravure printing, MOQ is from 10,000-50,000 pcs due to different bag types and sizes.

2,Lead time

For digital printing, normally we can finish the production around 10 days, while for gravure printing, normally it takes 18-28 days.

3,Price

For digital pritning, unit price is much higher, normally around 10 times than gravure printing.

4,Printing effect

There is a lower accuracy on printing effect cos digital printing just uses basic four color printing, also some complex printing effect can not be finished by digital printing, like UV, gold stamp, etc. While on the other hand, gravure printing needs cylinders for printing, and cylinder cost is based on bag size and design colors,some customers think cylinder cost is very high, but you will just need pay it for the first time, when you reorder the same bag, no more cylinder cost needed.
